The heart of the Association of Frontline Generals, is to help you discover who you truly are in Christ, and partner with you in your call to ministry. We believe that there is a spiritual transfer that takes place in Godly spiritual alignment, and that anointing and authority in the Kingdom comes from these God-ordained covenant relationships. We desire to equip you to step out boldly, taking ground and multiplying His Kingdom. As a spiritual family, we’ll grow, support one another, and make a lasting impact for God's glory.
Frontline Generals encourages a balanced and Biblical approach to ministry that allows freedom for different styles and methods, as long as they align with the Word of God.
AFG is a Colorado 501c-3 non-profit ministry under the apostolic leadership of Teia and Carlos Martinez.
The goal of the Association of Frontline Generals (AFG) is to mentor, train and establish relationships that see the Kingdom of God grow in power and authority.
AFG provides two levels of membership for those involved in or desiring to be involved in full-time ministry. Each level allows for increased activity in AFG but also brings increased responsibility for carrying out the mandates of God.

Becoming ordained into ministry is a milestone in the life of a minister. Ordination is a spiritual confirmation and public acknowledgement of God’s call upon your life by proven anointed ministry leaders. Upon recognition of God’s call on your life, we will publicly set you apart for ministry by the laying on of hands. This is a very serious step in the eyes of the Lord and man. The decision to ordain is not taken lightly for with ordination comes a greater level of responsibility, integrity, usefulness, and anointing.
It is required that licensed and ordained members of AFG tithe of their ministry income directly to AFG. Materially supporting AFG with tithing is partnering with the Biblical concept of sowing and reaping a harvest. Our prayer is that it be a joy-filled investment and response to the mentorship, training, and assistance provided.
It is advised that licensed and ordained members of AFG attend the annual meetings held by AFG for ministry partners.
